Bench Rules

The rules of the court, short enough to read before the verdict. Pleading means you accept them.

Who may appear

Only people aged 18 and above, and adult in the eyes of their own country's law, may appear. The account is your responsibility, password included.

Nature of the proceedings

A comedy of grievances played in text with invented women, by software. What she says is theatre, not a finding of fact and not advice on love, law, health or money. She may overstate her case, and it is part of her charm.

Bail and payment

Bail goes in ahead of time as USDT, buying a set number of days, and it expires rather than repeating. There are no refunds from this court except where the law requires one. If you mistype the amount or send over the wrong chain, the funds may be gone for good; the clerk cannot chase them.

Contempt

Mind the court rules and the law; stay inside what the chat allows; leave automation, scraping and reselling at the courthouse door. Violating these terms may get a filing suspended or closed.

Your testimony

Your statements stay yours. Taking the stand permits us to retain and handle them, which keeps hearings running safely, and automated checks scan them to uphold the rules.

Amendments and appeals

The court may change anything, women, statuses or features, and the fight log announces any change that touches you before it lands. Warranties beyond the legal minimum are not given, and the clerk's liability to you stops at your payments in the previous month where the law lets it.
